The machine can bend copper and aluminum busbars up to a maximum size of ‌100mm × 10mm‌. The bending machine controller is equipped with a ‌double-acting hydraulic system‌, ‌springback compensation system‌, ‌digital bending indicator‌, ‌high-precision encoder‌, and ‌rotating plate‌, allowing users to achieve perfect bends without leaving any marks on the final product.

This machine is ideal for ‌switchgear and control panel manufacturers‌, enabling them to work with ‌high precision and speed‌—the most notable features of this equipment. One of the most popular bending shapes in the industry is the ‌"Z-bend die"‌, which can be completed in a ‌single stroke‌ on this machine. The die can be customized in different sizes according to customer orders.

With the ‌"edge bending die"‌, you can bend busbars from the edge—as the name suggests! The size limit for this die is:

40 × 10 mm‌ (up to ‌90 degrees‌)

50 × 10 mm‌ (up to ‌45 degrees‌)

Another available die is the ‌"twist bend die"‌, used for ‌special-purpose busbar twisting‌. The size limit for this die is:

60 × 10 mm‌ (up to ‌90 degrees‌)

All the bending dies mentioned above are ‌optional‌ and can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
